HRA Planning Chartered Town Planning Consultants is delighted to have reached an important milestone in the delivery of Kilkenny’s largest new mixed use neighbourhood.
‘Dalys Hill Limited’ was granted a 10 year planning permission at Robertshill, including 266 no. residential units, 126 no. bed nursing home; creche, office blocks, commercial / retail units and the provision of significant open parkland comprising part of the Breagagh Regional Park.
As project lead, HRA Planning formulated the planning application strategy and prepared the Environmental Impact Assessment Report (EIAR).
