Limerick 2030 Planning
Appointed under two separate contracts to provide planning advice and services to Limerick 2030 DAC to advance development on two strategic development sites: Mungret & Cleeves, identified in Limerick City under the ‘Limerick 2030 Economic and Spatial Plan’.
Specific inputs include:
- Planning appraisal and recommendations on the Mungret Masterplan development project – seeking the development of a new suburb of Limerick city with capacity to accommodate 900+ residential units and to advance a planning application for 250 no. residential units.
- Planning advice and recommendations to the client and design team on the Cleeves Mill complex in response to land use planning policy and requirements for a mixed use commercial and residential scheme, taking account the sensitivity of its location, adjacent to the River Shannon.
