HRA PLANNING secure alternative retail use

With expertise in Retail Planning and an effective use of the Section 5 Declaration process, HRA PLANNING has secured alternative retail uses for a permitted retail development in Glanmire Co. Cork without the need for planning permission.

Having originally secured planning permission for a ‘discout foodstore retail use in early 2013,  HRA PLANNING in response to revised investor requirements, submitted a rationale to Cork County Council (under Section 5 of the Planning Acts) for an alternative ‘convenience’ retail use of the development under the terms of the existing planning permission.

The Section 5 Declaration was accepted by Cork County Council and the necessity for planning permission avoided therby saving value time and resources.
