Mary Hughes (back left) Director of HRA PLANNNG fulfilling her role on September 5th 2024 at the seventh meeting of the Reconstituted Project Ireland 2040 Delivery Board – a non-statutory board which provides strategic direction and leadership to the National Development Plan (NDP) and National Planning Framework (NPF) implementation process, including communication of Project Ireland 2040.
The Board is made up of senior representatives of key government departments with and five external members, including Mary Hughes Director HRA Planning. The Board is chaired by the Minister for Public Expenditure, NDP Delivery and Reform, Paschal Donohoe. Infrastructure delivery, planning reform and economic competitiveness were key discussion and action issues.
