HRA PLANNING has successfully secured the ‘rezoning’ of lands in Castletroy Co. Limerick on behalf of a number of developer interests. This rezoning, will in some instances, enable residential development of up to 50 units/hectare.
The rezoning submissions were based on a practical understanding of spatial development, the planning process, and making ‘evidence-based’ submissions consistent with best Panning practice.
