The permitted development, comprising 200 units on Dublin Road, in the Castletroy suburb of the city, includes a diversity housing size and design typology. The development incorporates and delivers in part, the Castletroy Urban Greenway cycle path, whilst providing connectivity between Dublin Road and Castletroy College Road.
The planning and development approach placed a high emphasis on connectivity and urban design with excellent exemplar use of the ‘homezone’ format intended to create safer and more attractive residential streets and spaces between buildings.
