Minister Patrick Donovan discusses the Limerick Docklands Framework Plan with SFPC CEO Pat Keating at Limerick Docks

The Limerick Docks Framework Strategy set out the Port Company’s vision for the Ted Rusell Dock in Limerick City Centre, which seeks to maintain the Port as a working port whilst exploring commercial alternatives for  non-core port assets.  The Port Company  envisage that the Framework Plan could involve a minimum of €100m of development and redevelopment, potentially delivering 75,000sqm of new and existing buildings at the Ted Russell Docks, Corcanree Business Park and other sites off the Dock Road.
