HRA PLANNING secures Planning Permission for Rural Development

HRA PLANNING secures Planning Permission for Rural Development.

Following a decision by by Kerry County Council to refuse planning permission for a house and equine business in north Kerry, HRA PLANNING was retained by the applicant to review the decision and to identify an alternative planning strategy to secure planning permission for the same development on the same site.

Within six months from appointment, HRA PLANNING successfully secured planning permission from Kerry County Council on behalf of the applicant for the same development and in doing so overcame the 3 seperate reasons why the development had previously been refused by Kerry County Council which included; housing need, visual impact and percolation conditions.
