HRA PLANNING is providing planning services and environmental assessment for new and existing peat extraction from non-designated (Natura 2000) Sites.

Our site specific strategy for peat extraction is based on an inherent understanding of the most recent legislative changes set out in the Planning and Development Acts 2000-2011 cognaisant of the amendments to; peatland thresholds, exempted development, turbury rights, wetland development, planning permission requirements, environmental impact assessment and Appropriate Assessment.
