This week, HRA PLANNING were retained by a local city business organisation to examine the feasibility and implications of the Horizon Mall retail development propsoal in Co. Limerick on current retail planning policy. The approach was based on a knowledge of national and local retail planning policy and how this is applied on a site specific basis.
