HRA | PLANNING comprises of experienced Chartered Town Planners with expertise in spatial and development policy, environmental legislation and practise, and community empowerment and enagagement.
We have in excess of twenty years combined expertise working as local authority planning officers and from holding senior and key positions within multi-disciplined international consultancies.
Both directors of the firm hold qualifications and expertise in Environmental Impact Assessment and Strategic Environmental Impact Assessment Management.
We can recommend development strategies knowing how development projects will be assessed. We can prepare and project manage EIS's with an inherent understanding of the level of environmental assessment required.
We continue to prepare statutory planning policy and spatial, development, heritage, tourism and environmental objectives on behalf of local governement and interest groups.
Our ability to provide practical solutions is in continuous demand by those enagaging in or requiring assistance and clarity of planning and environmental processes and proceedures.
