EIA Changes to be aware of:

The legislative and procedural requirements for Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) are currently changing.  Amendments to Planning legislation are under way.  EIA  undertaken after 16th May 2017 will be obliged to comply with the new provisions set out under the EU Directive 2014/52/EU.  These new provisions introduce some fundamental changes to EIA procedures and practice.
