HRA PLANNING provides Independent expert town planning advice to assist judicial cases and compulsory acquisition which are before the Courts or arbitration processes.
We are frequently required as expert Planning witness to provide interpretation on planning policy and legislation for the courts and judicial review cases; on compulsory purchase orders (CPOs) and; for Planning Appeal cases requiring oral evidence at oral hearings.
