Mary has a background in public sector planning and provides expert planning services to a wide range of corporate and public sector clients throughout Ireland. Principal areas of expertise include retail planning - analysis and retail impact assessment; EIA preparation/review; property asset appraisal, preparation of statutory and non statutory landuse development plans, heritage planning and CPO arbitration.
Mary has project-managed award winning heritage management studies for substantial areas of the Shannon Navigation and is also an active member of the Board of the IPI central Council.
As an experienced sailor with success in the Cowes Week and Cork Week regattas, Mary enjoys sailing on Lough Derg and is Hon Secretary of Garrykennedy sailing club.
Gary has worked in both the public sector and multi disciplined private practices. Gary provides extensive professional services on urban and rural based projects. Specialist areas include project management and strategy formulation for complex development, environment and heritage based projects; planning strategy formulation for planning appeal or legal challenge/defence; preparation of EIA and advising local community on planning matters affecting them. Gary was also one of the authors of the highly acclaimed Rural Design Guide for County Cork.
Gary has recently been elected to the Board of the Limerick Chamber of commerce. In his spare time, Gary is an enthusiastic cyclist with a passion for cycling contential mountain passess that to date has included Mt. Ventoux, Passo di Gavia, Passo del Stelvio and the Motorola.
